12 WEEKEND ENTRY LEVEL EDFA WITH RADIOLOGY

DAPA offers a 12 week program designed for students eager to become Dental Assistants in the State of Florida with no prior experience . It is a high paced course scheduled Saturday and Sundays with a hands on approach. This course is approved by the Florida Board of Dentistry.

DAPA divides all chair-side expanded duties and Radiology labs into 12 weeks with each week focusing on procedures performed in a dental office. Each week will also require reading and homework from the textbook. This prepares students for the hands on focused labs scheduled Saturday and Sunday for 12 weeks conducted at Dental Assistant Pioneer Academy.

The 12 Week Entry Level Expanded Functions of Dental Assisting and Radiology class also includes CPR Training certification , iTero 3D scanning training and Dentrix Software Training course which is designed to train our dental assistant to run a front office at a dental practice. Learn how to schedule appointments, upload insurance, information and verification, patient profiles and more. Also , once the 12 weeks are completed , each enrollee will have to complete 200 hours of job shadow / externship. It is the responsibility of the student and DAPA to partner in an attempt to place student within 35 miles of the student's residence.
